AWS: X-Ray and Laser based Alloy Identification

The April meeting of the AWS Tulsa Section will be a Technical Presentation by Kevin Smith and Joanne Godfey from SciAps. Kevin and Joanne will be demonstrating SciAps latest hand-held X-Ray and Laser alloy identification equipment. These cutting edge scanners are capable of identifying unknown alloys very quickly; similar to large spectrometers, but in a more compact, and easily portable package.
Bring any material to the meeting that you have been unable to identify, and SciAps will scan it!
