OSPE: Maintaining Infrastructure, Managing Risk, & Balancing Water and Sewer Rate Increases

Speaker:   Eric Lee, Operations Administrative Manager, City of Tulsa Water & Sewer Department

Eric Lee has a degree in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University.  He has worked for the City of Tulsa for 23 years in varying positions.  He has been a Manager in the following positions: Operations Administrative Manager (5+ years), Solid Waste Manager, and Utility Systems Manager.  His current duties include: Project Manager for Utility Enterprise Initiative for Water and Sewer Department; rate modeling for water and sewer funds

ONEOK Cafeteria is in the basement of the ONEOK building at 100 West 5th Street, Tulsa, OK.   The building is between 5th and 6th Streets on South Boulder Ave.  Enter off of 6th Street on the South side of the building.  Parking is available in the garage at the Summit building parking 515 S. Boulder just East of the ONEOK building.  Additional surface metered spots are available on the street.
