SWE: Negotiating Your Salary

We’ve all heard of the wage gap, but did you know that men are 8x more like to negotiate their salary than women? Those that attempt negotiation average a 7.6% increase in starting pay… the wage gap begins before we ever start our first job! We’ll look at how to effectively negotiation your starting salary, how to ask for a raise or promotion, and how to negotiate a change in work status.
