Speaker: Joe Echelle, P.E.

Joe Echelle is the Assistant Executive Director for the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. Mr. Echelle has worked in highway construction and design for 17 years, 14 years with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and most recently with the Authority since 2016 delivering the $1.1 Billion dollar bond program. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree  in Civil Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration degree at Oklahoma State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with the State of Oklahoma as well as a member of the Governors Highway Construction Material Technician Certification Board. He recently settled in Stroud, Oklahoma with his wife Lacey, son Grant, and daughter Taryn.
