NEOK ASHRAE Golf Tournament

It is that time of year again to dust off your golf clubs and join us for our annual ASHRAE golf tournament! After consideration of the board, it was decided that it is still in the best interest of the chapter to continue on with the golf tournament.
We will be taking special considerations this year given Covid-19 concerns. We will be following state and city guidelines for the event. The tournament will be starting at 2 pm this year instead of the usual 1 pm shotgun start. Boxed lunches will be included with your green fee prior to the tournament and we will forgo the awards ceremony and dinner post-round. This is in an effort to eliminate the congregating of our group in a confined space. BRING YOUR MASK IN ORDER TO ENTER THE CLUBHOUSE AND TO GET LUNCH!!
Lunch will be a come and go as you please format from 12-1:30 pm. We will be using golf carts and golfing in groups of 4. If you wish not to ride two to a cart, you can still place your bags on the cart and take turns walking or flipping a coin for who gets to ride! If you wish not to play, you can still join us for lunch!
Sponsorship opportunities are available as always and are the most important part of this tournament!!!
Please return your sponsorship forms and team registrations as early as possible. This eliminates the scramble to get sponsorship flags printed and made before the tournament.
