OSPE: Engineering Ethics Training Utilizing Expert Witness Simulation

Alison Kerr received a B.A. degree in psychology from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA, in 2005 and a M.A. degree in industrial-organizational psychology from The University of Tulsa in 2017. She is currently completing a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology at The University of Tulsa with a dissertation on experiential ethics training and development for engineers.

Since 2014, she has been employed as a research assistant at The University of Tulsa working within both psychology and mechanical engineering departments. Her research interests include training development and evaluation as explored across a variety of academic disciplines and organizational settings.  She is currently conducting several training projects aimed at developing engineering students on relevant non-technical professional skills including leadership, creativity and ethical practice and presentation.
