SPE: A Case Study of the Apache Key #1-11 Blowout

The new year for the SPE Mid-Continent SPE Section is kicking off on
Thursday, Sept 16th with the Annual Joint Meeting with the TU Petroleum
Engineering seniors and juniors at the Campbell Hotel’s Renaissance Center at
2631 East 11th Street (just west of 11th and Delaware) at 7 PM. The speaker will
be Doug Storts with Williford Energy Co and the subject will be A Case Study of
the Apache Key #1-11 Blowout. Some of you may have seen this excellent discus-
sion already but the PE students at TU thought this would be excellent for them to
see. So please make plans to come and meet the next generation of Petroleum
Engineers that will be our colleagues in just a few short months!
