SWE Leadership Workshop

This workshop is a member exclusive event that will be lead by our section leadership couch, Abigail Wendt, on 2 topics: Leadership and Effective Communications. You will learn about your style of leadership and that of others you work with. We will discuss what is means to be a leader and when you need to adapt your leadership style. We will also discuss and practices the difference between ineffective and effective communication skills. It provides resources on all aspects of communication from interpersonal, to body language, to electronic messaging.
