APWA & ASCE Joint Mtg: Speakers – City of Tulsa Engineering

Speakers will include the City of Tulsa Engineering Department Leads:
- Doug Helt – Lead Engineer, Transportation Design
- Brooke Caviness – Lead Engineer, Stormwater Design
- Marsha Hinds – Lead Engineer, Special Projects
- Aaron Johnson – Lead Engineer, Wastewater Design
- Ryan McKaskle – Lead Engineer, Water Design
They will discuss their role in Engineering Services; feature a key project/program they are working on; and, discuss their current and future workloads.
