As a Licensed Architect, Registered Interior Designer and LEED Accredited Professional, James Howard is an important part of the LWPB team. With over 20 years of professional experience, James has effectively led the design and production of multi-million dollar projects while satisfying complex program requirements of clients through skillful communication and attention to detail. He consistently meets the project budget goals by leveraging past experience against a constant evaluation of the project needs. His skills and processes have been applied successfully in a wide range of project types including commercial, municipal, federal and education facilities through traditional Design-Bid-Build, Construction Management, Fast-Track and Design-Build delivery methods.
As the Lead Architect for the 138th Fighter Wing Mission Training Center, he is responsible for the management of the design and production team and works to ensure that quality control is maintained among LWPB personnel and consultants..
